OUR LOVE STORY-SO FAR!

Mommy first met me in late August of last year. She was attending a Gentling Wild Horses course with Monty Roberts

The course was 2 weeks long and located at Flag Is Up Farm in Solvang, CA.

A group of students (including Mommy) supervised by Monty gentled four young untouched Wild horses.

One of these horses was me.

Out of all the horses I was definitely the most aggressive and afraid!

But, I seemed to like Mommy.

and Mommy seemed to like me too.

I would be quieter with her, more patient, I seemed to know that she wasn't going to hurt me.

I chose her.

So She decided to adopt me.

But really, She thinks I adopted her!

As soon as she got me home a few months later, I blossomed!

I gained weight, grew taller, filled out, became quieter, gentler, loving and kind.

Not only did I become gentler with Mommy and people I knew at Monty's but with almost everyone!

Mommy is so excited to continue to watch me grow into the special little horse she knows I can be!

I am so bonded to her already!

She has promised me that I will be part of her family forever!

I can't wait for the rest of my life as Mommy's horse of a life time!

Of course, it's not always easy, we both have bad days.

But I know my Mom loves me and I know she knows I love her too!

Friends Forever!

Love means that you put the needs of others before your own. Mommy does this for me every sing day!

And she truly believes that I appreciate her love and care.

I never had that growing up wild.

Mommy believes that God created all animals (such as dogs, horses, cats, etc) with the desire to be loved.

Even with once Wild horses like me.

I love having enough food, I love never being out of water, I love being cleaned of all the rocks in my feet, I love being fly sprayed and not being bothered by the flies!

I love having enough to eat!

I could go on forever!

But what I'm trying to say, is that I love being loved!

Kissies from Mommy!
(Notice my smile & happy eyes)

Every horse deserves to be loved! No matter how old, crippled, or un-talented.

Many horses are abused, abandoned, or mis-treated!
