SECOND TIME SUNDAY!

So, this morning was the second time I have ever worn a bit, this time Mommy put it on the headstall our friend Terry is letting her use during my training ("my" headstall) which fit much better than the old one we borrowed yesterday!

I will go into greater detail about all that in a minute but first I have a formal complaint to file about the unspoken rule popular among horse owners that they get to pick our clothes without our input!

It is completely unfair! I don't go to Mommy's house and pick out random outfits she has to wear!

IT'S HORRIBLE!

Today for example, Mommy put on my green halter and a pair of old, orange, bell boots!

My disaster of an outfit today!

Ummmm.....are you sick or something Mommy? I looked like a frick'n pumpkin 🎃!

I tried to convince Mommy to change my boots while she was putting them on this morning. But here's how that went.

"Hey Momma, What the heck do you think you doing!?"

"I'm putting on your boots so we can go play, why?"

"Because I don't want to wear the orange bell boots."

"Oh...why not?"

Sigh..."Obviously they don't match the rest of my out fit and that is a huge fashion violation!"

"Tiger these are the only bell boots that fit you because your legs are pony size, we've been over this!"

"That's stupid...you should go buy me new ones."

"I've told you a million times, money doesn't grow on trees! I can't go out and spend $1,000 getting you boots in every color of the rainbow🌈! No matter how much I would like to."

Mommy finishes velcroing my boots on and stands up.

"See TigerLily you don't look that bad, you look cute!"

"I look ridiculous..."

"No you don't, you look like a little Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle."

"Uh...yeah no, I look like a pumpkin."

"A cute pumpkin."

"Still a pumpkin."

After about another 30 minutes of this back and fourth Mommy and I were walking around the Ranch with my bridle on after my training time.

My bridle

At the beginning of our session I wasn't too happy about the piece of metal in my mouth...but I have to admit by the time we had finished our training session for the day, I had almost forgotten it was even there!

Bridles aren't so bad

However, I still wasn't happy about my outfit!

Mommy told me that all horses have to wear mismatched tack sometimes and that made me feel better for a little while...but then she went to get my roommate Lola ready and low and behold she looked fabulous!

Lola head to toe in her competition colors
Electric Blue and Black

Seriously?...would it kill Mom to put this much effort into my wardrobe?

She says it's easier to dress Lola then me...that's a stupid excuse!"

Anyway, bits aren't that bad but my Mommy's fashion sense sucks!

Lots Of Kisses!
